We had a great opportunity to photograph the #wipaphoenix networking and education event. The event truly lived up to its "Saturday morning cartoon" theme. It brought me right back to my childhood.
Vintage Nostalgia: A rad event for top-notch event industry professionals.
It was a joy documenting this amazing group of talented people as they enjoyed great food and one others company. This incredible SOLD OUT event was a throw back to the eighties complete with cartoons, slinkies, & rubics cubes. The morning was busy with networking as well as a changing of the guard. Rachael Thomson, Taryn Pollock, Jordan Demos, Amy Demos,Valerie Juarez, & Ashley Robison Richardson where sworn in to the Board of Directors for WIPA Phoenix. A special congratulations to Sara Hagerty who was named the new Regional Director.
Our speaker, Maria Bayer deserves a special shout out for her great talk on "Irresistible Selling... How to win Wedding & Event Clients you Love!" I was reminded to paint a picture of the emotional benefits of our services as most clients are making an emotional decision. Being an emotional guy myself Maria was certainly speaking my language!
