Electric is the only way to describe our recent fashion shoot. It was an amazing opportunity to work on Phoenix Bride & Groom Magazines recent 2014 Winter / Spring issue. With creative direction from William of Avant-Garde and the support of the Phoenix Art Museum our team worked with an intensity and determination that I was proud to be a part of. Please enjoy the eye candy!Eyes 2 See Photography Phoenix Art Museum Phoenix Bride And Groom Fashion Shoot

The Concept •

My vision was to create images that showcased the couture gowns and exotic florals as if they were a piece of art from the Phoenix Art Museum collection. I wanted photographs that felt like the models were stepping right out of the art. To achieve this we worked with the Agency Arizona to get incredible models that were transformed by hair stylist Will Zecco and makeup artist Corinna Cooke. The end result was thrilling beyond my expectations. We where so thrilled when we saw the 10 page spread in the magazine. See how they displayed these and many more of our images in the magazine on (pg. 72-81.) CLICK HERE.

Working with the Fran Samuel, publisher of Phoenix Bride & Groom and her team has become one of the highlights of our job over the past few years. Fran is one of those people who instinctually gets it. She has an incredible understanding of the creative process and she is a master at building a team of talented people who are willing to take risks. I was inspired by her leadership and how she empowered and elevated ideas and encouraged the participants to improvise and stretch for their best work.
